Job Description: FAM Brands is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Order Management Representative to enhance our order processing team. You will play a crucial role in managing customer orders from initiation to delivery, ensuring accuracy and timely execution. This position demands excellent communication abilities, keen attention to detail, and a strong dedication to customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Process and oversee customer orders using our order management systems.
- Collaborate with logistics, warehouse, and sales teams to guarantee prompt order delivery.
- Track order status, providing customers with regular updates.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries and issues concerning order processing.
- Maintain comprehensive records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Evaluate order processes and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Prepare and analyze reports on order management performance.
Requirements:
- High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in order management or customer service within the apparel industry.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with modern order management systems.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- A team player with the capability to work autonomously.
