Role Priorities:
New Business Strategy & Project Leadership
- Serve as a primary business lead responsible for overseeing and facilitating the complete RFP development process on new business opportunities
- Work with cross-functional teams across Strategy, Creative, Design, and Production, to develop innovative, insightful and strategically grounded proposals that meet Client needs while effectively showcasing Agency’s strength and integrated value proposition
- Evaluate inbound new business RFPs and work with VP, Business Development to determine optimal team resourcing strategy to develop premium proposals; work with departments to identify available team resources
- Lead full proposal storytelling, properly cementing NVE’s role, credibility, capabilities, and POV
- Participate in team brainstorms and work sessions to develop compelling program strategies
- Evaluate creative and logistical strategies to ensure all brief and brand requirements are being met
- Ensure proposal cohesion, connecting pieces from each section/department. Provide feedback and guidance to each department to meet this goal
- Work with Chief Business Officer and VP of Business Development to track and evaluate proposal outcomes, identifying trends and areas of opportunity for improved process and development strategy
- Oversee pitch preparation strategy, rehearsal and participate in live Client pitches for assigned RFPs
- Responsible for overseeing post-pitch RFP Audits with Cross-Functional team on assigned RFPs
RFP Project Management
- Oversee the implementation of all necessary internal RFP processes to ensure proper communication flow, adjusting and creating new processes as needed
- Drive review and RFP-related meeting cadence to maximize timeline and support development of cutting-edge proposals
- Track progress against all required program deliverables and ensure assigned project team members have clear deadlines and action items for their contributions
- Work with the Chief Business Officer and VP of Business Development to scale and adapt RFP workflows to the agency’s various product offerings
RFP & RFI Content Development
- Responsible for developing capabilities-centric proposal content including but not limited to company RFIs
Job Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in new business proposal development and account leadership within the experiential, marketing, and/or PR industries
- Familiarity with developing integrated campaigns that include paid, earned, social, and owned media for brands
- Proven track record of growing business through the development of winning proposals
- Experience in an agency environment; must be process-oriented and highly organized
- Ability to write effectively, persuasively and professionally
- Confidence in verbal and written communication with excellent presentation skills
- Flexibility and adaptability to a fast-paced work environment and ability to work under tight deadlines
- Willingness to work extended hours and on weekends when necessary
- Proven ability to weave brands into popular culture
Extra Credit:
- Experience with B2B events, content production and interactive
- Highly connected within various industries and with key decision makers at Fortune 500 brands
- Located in Los Angeles or New York
Location: We are a hybrid company with hub locations in Los Angeles and New York City. This role can be based remote.

Salary Estimation:
This is an Exempt full-time role. The estimated salary range is $75,000 - $90,000 + commission. NVE intends to provide a competitive total compensation package which includes a variety of incentives, benefits, growth and developmental opportunities. There are many factors to the presented salary range, including but not limited to - location, departmental budgets, certifications, and overall job-related qualifications.
