Role Priorities:
Visionary Production Leadership:
- Provide visionary leadership, setting clear objectives and ensuring excellence in team performance.
- Oversee multiple large-scale, multifaceted projects simultaneously, guaranteeing successful execution from concept to on-site activation.
- Develop, mentor, and guide an exceptional production team, fostering a culture of collaboration, creativity, and efficiency.
Strategic Network and Resource Management:
- Leverage an extensive industry network for strategic partnerships and specialized talent sourcing.
- Cultivate key relationships for optimal resource allocation in large-scale B2B and B2C projects.
- Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and budgets for fiscal responsibility and cost-effectiveness.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Reporting:
- Collaborate closely with other department heads to ensure alignment and successful project outcomes.
- Establish and enforce rigorous quality control processes to maintain the highest standards of production quality and client satisfaction.
- Provide regular updates to the CXO on production-related metrics, goals, challenges, and opportunities.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide the team clear objectives and forward thinking guidance.
- Utilize an extensive rolodex of contacts within the B2B and B2C production realm, leveraging a robust network for strategic partnerships, sourcing specialized talent, and cultivating key industry relationships.
- Build and review comprehensive staffing plans tailored to the unique requirements of large-scale B2B projects, ensuring optimal resource allocation and project success.
- Manage relationships with external vendors and suppliers, negotiating contracts, and ensuring timely deliveries of materials and services.
- Ensure fiscal responsibility and cost-effectiveness of large-scale budgets ($5M - $20M+)
- Ensure the successful execution of experiential marketing campaigns, from concept to on-site activation, while meeting timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Proficient in overseeing multiple large-scale B2B projects simultaneously.
- Establish and enforce rigorous quality control processes to maintain the highest standards of production quality and client satisfaction.
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing production department
- Supervise and evaluate team members, providing coaching for improvement and supporting their professional development
- Collaborate closely with other department heads, including accounts, creative and design, strategy, and business development, to ensure alignment and successful project outcomes.
- Provide regular updates to the CXO on production-related metrics, goals, challenges, and opportunities.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of proven experience in a senior production role within the experiential marketing or events industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with a track record of building and developing high-performing teams.
- Brings a proven track record in building and managing large-scale budgets for B2B productions, demonstrating fiscal responsibility and cost-effectiveness.
- Excellent project management abilities, including budgeting and resource allocation.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, creative environment.
- Knowledge of B2B sectors
- Extensive contacts within the B2B production world
- International production experience is ideal, but not mandatory
Requirements:
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% or more of the time while working remotely and in a standing position 50% or more of the time while working onsite
- Must be able to work outdoors in various weather conditions and have a valid Driver’s License
- Regularly required to stoop, kneel, bend, crouch and lift up to 25 pounds and occasionally heavier items
- Available to work weekends and evenings as needed for events

Salary Estimation:
This is an Exempt full-time role. The salary range for this role is $200k - $225k. NVE intends to provide a competitive total compensation package which includes a variety of incentives, benefits, growth and developmental opportunities. There are many factors to the presented salary range, including but not limited to - location, departmental budgets, certifications, and overall job-related qualifications.
