- Project Delivery
- Provide seamless onsite execution
- Ensure project / program is delivered on-time, on-budget all while focusing on creative solutions and effective resource management to maximize outcomes
- Collaborate with cross functional teams and agency partners in managing effective communication between project team members
- Ensure projects are resourced effective and efficiently
- Utilize your understanding of the entertainment landscape, including studios and talent, to enhance event experiences and partnerships
- Oversee administrative tasks related to event production
- Client Management
- Build and maintain effective client relationships, ensuring that all client needs are heard, understood, and addressed in a timely manner
- Provide clear communications to the client regarding roles and responsibilities, scope, budget and schedules for assigned programs
- Serve as a strategic partner to clients, offering insights and production knowledge to enhance the success of their events
- Collaborate with IATs (Internal Agency Teams) to leverage resources and optimize event outcomes
- Budget Management
- Develop and manage project budgets
- Oversee coordination with all internal parties on invoices and vendor payments
- Reconcile all costs against budgets
- Support our finance group by ensuring you and your teams are closing out projects in a timely and efficient manner
- Team Management
- Demonstrates ability to manage 2+ direct reports.
- Have regular check-ins with your teams to provide feedback in timely manner
- Foster a productive team environment that encourages collaboration and process to ensure all deliverables are meet
- Interview and hire full time and freelance support to guarantee projects are flawlessly executed within target margin
- Ensure all team members are on-boarding temporary production staff in accordance with company policy
- Protect resources on projects accurately utilizing internal and external resources
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of proven event production experience required
- Strong project management skills with proven ability to lead teams
- 2-3 years of management or supervisory experience
- Client focus with attention to detail, flexibility and accountability for results
- Ability to maintain professionalism and navigate client relationships with finesse, even in high-pressure situations
- Leadership and coaching skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Extraordinary organizational skills, self-motivation and intuition
- Thrive in a fast paced, agency environment
- Excellent computer skills Microsoft and Apple applications, team project software, social media sites
- Thorough understanding of permitting standards (Including but not limited to TPA, Special Event, Fire, Health & Safety, Building & Safety, Noise, etc.) and ability to successfully manage production timelines and needs as related to permit procurement
- Ability to effectively manage tasks across multiple projects/various clients at the same time
Requirements:
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% or more of the time while working remotely and in a standing position 50% or more of the time while working offsite
- Must be able to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Have a valid Driver’s License
- Regularly required to stoop, kneel, bend, crouch and lift up to 25 pounds and occasionally heavier items
- Available to work weekends and evenings as needed for events

Salary Estimation:
This is an exempt role with a salary range of $100,000 - $135,000. NVE intends to provide a competitive total compensation package which includes a variety of incentives, benefits, growth and developmental opportunities.
