Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for the GXG portfolio with a focus on NVE Experience Agency, Treehouse Fabrication and Cognition
- Team Oversight: Oversee a team of Marketing Managers and their activities, providing guidance and support to ensure successful execution of marketing initiatives
- KPI Development: Set and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of marketing campaigns and strategies across the portfolio of brands
- PR: Establish and maintain relationships with industry publications, thought leaders and media contacts to identify and secure speaking engagements and generate press leads and corporate coverage
- Marketing Campaign Development: Strategize and oversee development of all marketing campaigns and corporate product/services launches
- Social Media Strategy: Develop and implement a cohesive social media strategy for all brands, ensuring consistent and engaging content across platforms like Instagram and LinkedIn
- Thought Leadership & PR: Establish and maintain relationships with industry publications, thought leaders and media contacts to identify and secure speaking engagements and generate press leads and corporate coverages; Develop editorial and thought leadership content strategy to elevate profiles of C-Suite, ELT and key leaders through the agency portfolio
- Content Management: Oversee the creation and distribution of high-quality marketing materials, including blog posts, whitepapers, video content, and case studies
- Industry Recognition: Strategize and oversee awards strategy, working cross-functionally to develop applications for industry awards and key lists as Clios and Cannes
- Email Marketing: Develop and manage email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and engage with existing clients
- Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance, providing regular reports and insights to optimize strategies
- Content Capture: Oversee process and strategy for capturing and leverage on-site event content for use in marketing material development, awards strategies and social media content
- SEO & Inbound Marketing: Implement SEO and inbound marketing strategies, working with third-party experts as necessary
- Brand Messaging: Ensure consistent and compelling brand messaging across all marketing channels and materials
- Marketing Budget: Oversee and optimize Marketing’s annual budget
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in a senior marketing role, preferably within an agency setting
- Proven experience in B2B marketing and a deep understanding of the experiential marketing industry
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a marketing team
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling marketing content
- Proficiency in marketing tools and software, such as CRM systems, email marketing platforms, and analytics tools
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of SEO and experience working with third-party experts
- Willingness to work extended hours and on weekends when necessary
- Can empathize with different consumer types, see the world through their eyes and connect those dots to the brand
- Understand and is fascinated by culture, sub-cultures, and the forces that move them
Extra Credit:
- Experience producing video content
Requirements:
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% or more of the time
Location:
- We are a hybrid company with hub locations in Los Angeles and New York. However, we are considering remote candidates for this role.

Salary Estimation: [$120K - $150K]
This is an exempt role. NVE intends to provide a competitive total compensation package which includes a variety of incentives, benefits, growth and developmental opportunities. There are many factors to the presented salary range, including but not limited to - location, departmental budgets, certifications, and overall job-related qualifications.
