Summary of Position:
NVE Experience Agency is seeking an experienced Event Producer with a focus on mobile tours to oversee and coordinate all aspects of events, ensuring successful execution from concept to completion. The ideal candidate should possess a blend of creative and analytical thinking, with strong project management skills. This is a management position involving collaboration with various teams and supervision of staff members.
This is a part-time, contract role estimated through December of 2024, averaging 30-40 hours per week.
Job Responsibilities:
Creative Ideation:
- Actively participate in brainstorming sessions to generate creative concepts for mobile tours.
- Collaborate with creative teams to ensure concepts align with brand objectives and resonate with target audiences.
Project Planning:
- Develop comprehensive project plans, outlining key milestones and deliverables for each phase of the mobile tour.
- Create and manage production schedules to ensure timely execution of all tour-related activities.
Logistics and Venue Research:
- Conduct thorough venue research across multiple markets to identify suitable locations for mobile tour stops.
- Manage logistics, including transportation, setup, and teardown, to ensure smooth operations at each tour location.
Marketing Asset Utilization:
- Leverage existing marketing assets and collaborate with the creative team to develop new materials for on-the-go kits.
- Ensure that marketing materials effectively communicate the brand message and engage the target audience.
Event Coordination:
- Coordinate various types of events, including local organization partnerships, trade shows, conferences, and recruiting events.
- Oversee the coordination of branded giveaways, ensuring alignment with the overall brand strategy.
Operational Oversight:
- Direct and oversee all aspects of mobile tour operations, including equipment testing, venue setup, and troubleshooting technical issues.
- Conduct initial site inspections to confirm venue suitability and address any potential challenges.
Staff and Team Management:
- Supervise and provide direction to staff members across different departments involved in the mobile tour.
- Collaborate with production teams to ensure seamless execution of the mobile tour experience.
Budget Management:
- Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring financial profitability and cost-effectiveness.
- Track expenses, manage financial resources efficiently, and provide regular budget updates.
Client Communication:
- Maintain regular communication with clients, updating them on tour progress with a detailed event tracker and addressing any concerns or requests.
- Provide clients with insights and recommendations to enhance the impact of the mobile tour.
Inventory and Logistics:
- Manage inventory of tour assets, coordinating shipping, storage, and replenishment as needed.
- Ensure all logistical aspects, from equipment to promotional materials, are well-organized and accounted for.
Reporting and Metrics:
- Provide daily reporting and metrics related to mobile tour performance.
- Analyze data to assess the effectiveness of the tour and make recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of proven event production experience required
- Strong project management skills with proven ability to lead teams
- 1-2 years of management or supervisory experience
- Mobile tour experience
- Client focus with attention to detail, flexibility and accountability for results
- Leadership and coaching skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Extraordinary organizational skills, self-motivation and intuition
- Thrive in a fast paced, agency environment
- Excellent computer proficiency with Microsoft and Apple applications, team project software, and social media sites
- Thorough understanding of permitting standards (Including but not limited to TPA, Special Event, Fire, Health & Safety, Building & Safety, Noise, etc.) and ability to successfully manage production timelines and needs as related to permit procurement
Requirements:
- Available to work weekends and evenings
- Able to travel nationally and have a flexible schedule
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% or more of the time while working remotely and in a standing position 50% or more of the time while working offsite
- Must be able to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Have a valid Driver’s License
- Regularly required to stoop, kneel, bend, crouch and lift up to 25 pounds and occasionally heavier items

We are a hybrid company with hub locations in Los Angeles and New York City. The ideal candidate is located in Los Angeles, CA.
Weekly Rate Estimation:
NVE intends to provide a competitive total compensation package which includes a variety of incentives, benefits, growth and developmental opportunities. This is a part-time non-exempt role with a weekly rate estimated around $1,500-$1,800 per week. There are many factors to the presented range, including but not limited to - location, departmental budgets, certifications, and overall job-related qualifications.
